Professional Career
When Jeff was selected by the Philadelphia Flyers with the 11th overall choice in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft, he began his career.
Carter didn’t play for the team, though, until the 2005–06 season.
At the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds and Philadelphia Phantoms over those two seasons, Jeff honed his skills.
