However, it took a long time for him to recuperate, and he ended up missing the rest of his rookie season. In addition, Parker did not play in the first few games of his second NBA season.

In the second season, he played 78 games, averaging 14.1 points and 5.5 rebounds per game.

Injuries that Recur in Later Seasons
