He had a good run against Getafe, scoring on several occasions to assist his team to victory.

This featured two goals in Getafe’s 3-0 victory over Valencia, his previous club.

He signed a two-year contract with Bengaluru FC, a newly founded ISL team, after brief stints at Gharafa and Rayo Vallecano.

In Bengaluru’s debut year in the ISL, he was the tournament’s second-highest scorer, powering them to the final.

At the next Copa America, Venezuela finished third in their group, which was a disappointment.
