Early Years

During his early career in 2008, the NBA prodigy was rated as the No. 5 shooting guard and the No. 47 player in the country by Rivals.com, which gave him a four-star recruit rating.

Lee was a junior at UCLA when he was named to the Pac-10 first-team and all-defensive teams in 2011.

He joined the NBA draft after the season, against the advice of UCLA coach Ben Howland.

Professional Development

Lee was taken by the Chicago Bulls in the second round of the 2011 NBA Draft with the 43rd overall pick.

The Minnesota Timberwolves traded him for Nikola Miroti’s draft rights, the 23rd pick, and the draft rights to Norris, the 28th pick, on draft night.

On June 27, 2013, the day of the 2013 NBA Draft, the NBA star was traded to the Golden State Warriors, who later dealt him to the Phoenix Suns.

He spent the summer in Phoenix working on his fitness, but his right quadriceps wasn’t strong enough to allow him to work full-time.

On October 7, 2014, Lee joined the Philadelphia 76ers.

The 76ers later released him on October 25, 2014.

On November 3, 2014, he was acquired as an affiliate player by the Delaware 87ers.

Lee signed with Igokea on November 1, 2017, for the remainder of the 2017-18 season.

On January 16, 2018, he parted company with Igokea and joined the German team Tigers Tübingen for the remainder of the 2017-18 BBL season.

On December 5, he extended his contract with the 76ers.

Six days later, the 76ers traded for Andrei Kirilenko and Jorge Gutiérrez, and he was released.

Lee returned to Delaware on December 13 and onto the field against the Canton Charge that evening.

On January 30, 2015, Lee was relocated to Grand Rapids Drive.

Lee missed the start of the 2011-12 season after having surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his left knee.

His knee began to ache during training camp.

He was traded to Sioux Falls on February 29.
