So, on May 24, 2019, Nike responded with a minor policy modification.

According to the new policy, no financial fines will be imposed on any pregnant athlete at any time.

Despite the policy modifications, Allyson was dissatisfied.

As a result, she opted to quit Nike for Athleta, a women’s clothing company.
