Bower is the son of his mother, Anne Elizabeth, and his father, David Bower.
He is also Sam Bower’s supportive older brother. He is English with Scottish ancestors.
The actor was born and raised in London, where he attended Beadles boarding school.
Bower was always attracted by the music, and at the age of eight, he began taking singing lessons.
However, he dropped out of his last semester to work on a film. His first role was in the classic film Alice in Wonderland.

When the actor was 17, his mother, Anne, assisted him in meeting agent Simon Beresford.
He may audition for Tim Burton’s Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street a few weeks later.
His hopes were high after completing his role in the film,
and he expected many new offers to flood his life.
Unfortunately, this was not the case. The actor dropped out of his A-levels just as he was about to finish them.
Later, he began going through a series of auditions, none of which were successful.
Bower eventually became stressed and anxious.
He did not, however, give up midway. He continued to audition and began to receive offers that were beyond his expectations.
His parents were extremely supportive and soothing during this journey,
keeping him motivated despite the trials and struggles.
Jamie Campbell Bower is now regarded as one of the most well-known names in the profession.
