In an interview, Wright discussed her relationship with KD and how she was chastised for her faith.

“Yeah, in my previous relationship [with NBA All-Star Kevin Durant], I had to make a decision about surrendering myself as a woman,” she explained.

I had to make the difficult decision to leave a relationship that many others believed I was crazy to leave. It received a lot of criticism.

But I believe God was on my side.”
