Professional Basketball Career

Earl Baron started his professional basketball career in 2003 with the Turkish team Tuborg Pilsener. He was never selected in the NBA draft.

Later, in March 2004, he participated in the NBA Development League’s Huntsville Flight. He then spent the 2004 preseason with the Orlando Magic, but they released him before the regular season started.

In addition, he participated in the 2005 Philippine Basketball Association season with the Red Bull Barako.

He came back to the country in August 2005 to take part in the Summer League with the Miami Heat.
