This came after Yussuf Poulsen gave the visitors a dream to start one minute and 39 seconds into the match, coming in after a mistake in the Belgian defense.

De Bruyne was sent off early in the second half, and the Manchester City midfielder changed the game.

He took part in the match, getting a pass from Romelu Lukaku before finding Thorgan Hazard to shoot home.

Then driving the winner 20 minutes before Lukaku’s good move.

Martin Braithwaite came close to equalizing for Denmark late. But his header was evident at the top of the bar.

Belgium was in control of half of Denmark when the game was halted in the 10th minute to allow time for applause.

Former England international Karen Carney said that she had “goosebumps” before the match.

“Everyone was emotional. I’m sure that he is watching and happy. This brought everyone together.”

Moreover, Commentator Conor McNamara added: “ The applause was such an outpouring of love and support.

The love the football world has shown and how much it is appreciated is there for all to see.”
