For nearly a decade, David Warner and Candice Warner (nee. Falzon) have been enjoying their days as a loving and supportive couple. The Australian cricketer and his wife, a former Ironwoman, had an unusual meeting story because they did not meet through mutual friends or events.

Despite spending the most of their youth in the same location, they just met over Twitter. “I was abroad in England for the Ashes, and I got another message from Candice after I was involved in an incident,” David recalled of their first Twitter chat.

“‘Just letting you know I’m thinking of you, and I know how difficult being away from home can be,’ she remarked.” We then began messaging and Skyping. “It was strange,” he added.

What began as a Twitter conversation turned into a whirlwind romance story, and the rest is history. Examine it out!

Within a year of dating, they had their first child.

David and Candice started dating soon after their Twitter conversation in 2013.

Months later, in mid-2013, the couple moved into their Coogee,

New South Wales home, which was valued at $6.5 million at the time.

The couple confirmed their engagement in March 2014.

But it wasn’t the only wonderful news they shared with their supporters; they also disclosed that they were expecting their first child.

Candice told the Sunday Telegraph at the time, “It’s great; my life is a fairytale.

I consider myself to be the luckiest girl on the planet.

I’ve discovered my true love and someone with whom I can be myself.”

She also informed the site that David has filled her heart with love and taught her how to love properly.

“All we do is bring out the best in each other. He is overjoyed to be a father, and I am overjoyed to be a mother.”

Ivy Mae Warner, the couple’s first child,

was born on September 11, 2014, at the Royal Women’s Hospital.

Candice told Woman’s Day of her newborn daughter, “She is simply stunning – I’m in love.”

Following the birth of their daughter, David and Candice revealed their plans to marry later that year.

However, the wedding date was put back owing to unclear reasons.

On April 4, 2015, the newlyweds walked down the aisle in a lavish wedding ceremony

in Nowra, New South Wales. Several friends and family members were invited to the wedding,

but the duo’s daughter was most likely the most essential attendee.

“How could I not have a tear in my eye when I saw Candice coming around

the corner looking like the most beautiful bride in the world?” David told Woman’s Day after the wedding.

He went on to say how fortunate he was to find “The One,”

the woman with whom he will spend the rest of his life.

David also took to Instagram to share a sweet photo of himself and his bride from their wedding day,

writing, “I will forever be there to laugh with you, to raise you up when you are sad,

and to love you unconditionally through all our journeys in life together.”

Life after marriage for David and Candice Warner

David and Candice’s lives were enriched less than a year after

their marriage when they had their second child, another daughter called Indi Rae Warner.

On January 14, 2016, the cricketer posted a photo of himself and his wife in a hospital bed with their newborn baby.

“@candywarner1 and I welcomed beautiful little Indi Rae Warner

into the world this morning,” he captioned the shot. Mum was really wonderful. #prouddaddy.”

Life was good for the couple with the birth of their second daughter.

David was in top form as a cricketer, and the married couple could be

seen vacationing in various locations with their children.

For the second year in a row, he received the Allan Border Medal.

While accepting the award, he praised his life partner, referring to her as his “rock.”

“I definitely wouldn’t be playing cricket today if it hadn’t been for you,” he added.

Unfortunately, the Warner family’s bliss was taken away the following year due to two incidents.

The first time this happened was in March 2018, when David and his teammate

Steve Smith were caught tampering with the ball during Australia’s match against South Africa.

As a result, David was forced to resign as the Australian Cricket team’s vice-captain,

was permanently barred from future leadership posts, was barred from playing international

and Australian domestic cricket for a year, and was required to conduct 100 hours of community service.

Every Australian despised David as a result of the disgrace lawsuit,

and his family was also dragged into it.

The couple’s social media comment section was flooded with nasty feedback,

and several brands had canceled David’s sponsorship relationships.

Candice held her husband’s hand and encouraged him through those difficult times.

After a few months, David took on a similar position as a support system for his wife.

It was because the couple had another unfortunate episode in May 2018 when Candice miscarried.

“We realized I was miscarrying, and we embraced each other and grieved,” she told The Australian Women’s Weekly.

Fortunately, the agony of those two occurrences subsided after David and Candice received their third child.

Candice gave birth to her third child, Isla Rose Warner, on June 30, 2019.

“Welcome to the world, our darling Isla Rose Warner,” she posted on her social media account.

At 10:30 p.m. on June 30th, I was born. Our tiny family is complete now.

Ivy and Indi are ecstatic about their sister. @davidwarner31 Your help was and continues to be incredible. We adore you, Isla. #blessed.”

Since those two difficult times, the married couple’s unity has

been more important than ever, and it has also demonstrated that they would

stick by each other’s side no matter how difficult the situation grows.

David and Candice have been married for over seven years.

Candice announced the important event on Instagram lately. “We’ve been married 7 years today,

and we’ve had a lot of laughs along the road. You are my entire world. I will always and forever love you. “Dear, happy anniversary,” she wrote.
