Hannah Price, Chris Daughtry’s daughter, passed away in her Tennesse house two months ago. However, it remained unclear at the moment what caused the death. Chris Daughtry and his wife Deanna have now issued a joint statement.

Hannah Price, Chris Daughtry’s stepdaughter, passed away on November 12th, 200.
She passed very suddenly while she was only 25 years old.
Officials were unsure of what caused her untimely death.
They could determine the cause of her death after additional investigation and testing.
The cause of Hannah Daughtry’s death has finally been revealed in a joint statement from Chris and his wife Deanna Daughtry.
The pair said in the joint statement that her death ultimately resulted from suicide. It was said:
” Hannah Price experienced mental illness from a young age and frequently entered and left treatment facilities.
Hannah struggled as she grew older to find her feet, started abusing drugs, and frequently fell into terrible situations.”
“She was the victim of a crime and was shot in the face only a few months after losing her biological father to suicide.
We did everything in our power to support her and secure the resources she required to move past these tragedies and restart her life.
Hannah and I had just recently agreed on plans for her to receive more medical attention and relocate near the family.”
The day before Hannah died…
According to the statement, Hannah admitted to them that she was afraid for her life the morning she passed away.
To check on her wellbeing, Chris and Deanna quickly called the police.
The officials told them that everything was fine.
But Hannah’s boyfriend discovered her hanging later in the day.
He quickly dialed 911.
She was confirmed dead at the site by the arriving medical team following an assessment.
The Daughtrys’ best guess was:
Her official cause of death was judged to be suicide by hanging while under the influence of drugs after a comprehensive investigation by the Fentress County DA,
Fentress County Sheriff’s Office, and the Knoxville Medical Examiners Office.
It has been decided that there is no proof of wrongdoing.”

The inquiry into Hannah Price’s passing
On November 12, 2021, police launched an inquiry right away.
Jared Effler, the district attorney general, announced this in a prior press release. James stated:
“It would be premature and irresponsible to label the probe as a homicide investigation at this time.”
Hannah’s unexpected passing left Chris and Deanna inconsolable and devastated.

“My eldest child. You have my undying love, Hannah. In light of the outpouring of support you have shown our family as we mourn the loss of Hannah, we would like to say thank you.
