Chelsea Destroy Manchester City’s Quadruple Hope
This season’s F.A. Cup Semi-Final has provided yet another dramatic moment.

During their Bundesliga season, Pep Guardiola and Tuchel had five meetings.
While Pep was in charge of the German powerhouse Bayern Munich, Thomas was in charge of Borussia Dortmund.
There were a total of 5 meetings between these two managers, and Pep consistently defeated his opponent.
But everything changed this season.
Thomas Tuchel, who joined Chelsea in the middle of the campaign, has ultimately defeated Pep Guardiola to advance his team to the F.A. Cup Final.
Pep has been ManCity’s manager since 2016 and has never seen his team’s offense perform so poorly.
They appeared to have left their shooting boots at home.
Chelsea has been in one of its greatest forms over the past two seasons ever since Thomas joined the team.
This season, the 3-at-the-back formation again proved to be crucial.
One of the key players for Chelsea under Tuchel has been Thiago Silva, who signed on a free transfer this year. While playing together at PSG, the pair made it to the UCL final and captured the French Domestic Triple.
Chelsea is now on the road to their first double in a long time thanks to this victory.
Manchester City’s hopes of a quadruple have failed
The goal of Manchester City was to become the first English team to achieve the coveted “Quadruple.”
But the hope has now irrevocably evaporated.
Manchester City was still the favorites to achieve the quadruple during the 2017–18 campaign, but Wigan Athletic defeated them in the F.A Cup.
History frequently repeats itself.
This time, Chelsea dashes City’s hopes instead of Wigan’s.
This City team will surely win the Premier League this year.
They will also play in the Carabao Cup final against Tottenham and the UCL semifinal versus PSG.
Although there is still a chance for the Treble, City will have to try again the following year if they want another opportunity to claim the coveted “Quadruple.”

Hakim Ziyech Disproves His Skeptics
After an outstanding performance for Ajax the previous season, the Moroccan winger/forward joined Chelsea.

But under Tuchel’s coaching, he has recently demonstrated why he is known as the “Wizard” throughout the globe.
Despite having little playing time, he has excelled when given the chance.
In the match against Manchester City, he disproved his critics.
Timo Werner was able to outrun the City defense after receiving a through ball from Mason Mount and using his exceptional speed.
In the 55th minute, Werner delivered the ball to Hakim, who tapped it into the goal to give Chelsea a well-deserved 1-0 lead.
As Chelsea defeated an unusually quiet Manchester City, this goal turned out to be crucial.
The entire ManCity team played poorly the entire game.
Hakim Ziyech will be a fantastic player for Chelsea as a result, not just for this season but for a few more.
