According to reports, a woman named Sodsai Dalzell broke into their Malibu home on Saturday evening around 5 p.m. and attempted to kidnap the child.
Jennifer confronted the lady who was holding the child and attempted to take control of the situation by asking the suspect to hand over the child.
She then took the baby from the hands of the accused 39-year-old kidnapper.
Following the incident, LAPD issued a statement saying,
Mrs. Montana was able to safely pry the child out of the suspect’s arms after a scuffle.
Sodsai, who had fled after handing over the baby to Jennifer, was later apprehended by Lost Hills Sheriffs.
