Lail was supposed to play Mack, the film’s title character, opposite Diane Keaton in the comedy Mack & Rita in March 2021.
She also appeared in the HBO Max teenage drama Gossip Girl, playing the recurrent role of Lola Morgan.

Lail’s husband, Nieku Manshadi, is a well-respected certified pediatric dentist.
He stated in the inaugural video for Victoria Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics
that he had always wanted to work in a profession where he could help people be healthier.
Dr. Manshadi attended the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry,
graduated with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery, and completed a two-year pediatric
dental residency at Boston University, according to Safari Dental & Orthodontics.
Lail and Manshadi first met through a common friend in Williamsburg, where they became acquainted.
They began dating soon after meeting each other.
Manshadi proposed to Lail with her grandmother’s wedding ring in August 2020,
while the couple was on vacation in Montauk, New York.
After being engaged for nearly eight months, they exchanged wedding vows on April 24, 2021.
