Taylor recently earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Kean University in Union, New Jersey.
At the same university, she also studied graphic design.
“Getting a college degree was something I always wanted no matter what,
and my education has always come first throughout my whole acting career,” Taylor told The Kean University.
“Because I was the first person in my family to attend college, I was completely clueless, as were my parents.”
“Having that extra mentoring from my instructors at Kean was really what stood out to me,” she continued.
Taylor presently lives in Wayne, New Jersey, where she has lived since she was two years old.
She graduated from Wayne Hills High School.
She was born around 1997/1998 to Irish mother Margaret Taylor and Scottish father Mark Taylor.
Her family relocated to New Jersey when she was three years old, from Nova Scotia, Canada.
According to The New York Times, she was promptly enrolled in a dancing class there.
“My dream was to be on Broadway,” Taylor explained. My parents had no idea what Broadway was.”
She earned the role of Sharon Percy in the original Broadway production of Billy Elliot when she was 11 years old.
Her parents kept her in school because “they obviously thought school was more essential,
but at the same time, they didn’t want to spoil the opportunity for me,” she explained.
“If my grades had ever started slipping, it would’ve been like, ‘You’re gone,'” she continued.
“I like where I’m from, and I prefer the suburbs,” she admitted.

Holly Taylor’s romantic life
Taylor does have a boyfriend, Phil Pawlak, whom she has been dating since high school.
However, little is known because the actress rarely discloses her connection to the public.
She did, however, reveal that she has a boyfriend in 2018.
She told The New York Times that her lover would pursue her at the Wayne Hills Diner
in New Jersey throughout her high school years because he knew she enjoyed chicken fingers.
The couple is still in a relationship and lives in town with Taylor’s parents.
