Milton’s mother, an American citizen, was only 16 years old when he was born. Unfortunately, no information about his father is currently available.
During his childhood, his grandmother Zikkita Stratford was the one who looked after him the majority of the time.

He allegedly stole his grandmother’s car and drove across Palm Beach, causing damage to a number of properties along the way.
According to reports, he and a friend got into his grandmother’s SUV and drove into two mailboxes, and two moving cars near a Walmart, and then crashed into some cars parked in the Costco parking lot.
When questioned by police, he stated that he was upset with his mother and that he wanted to do things with his friend.
Furthermore, he expressed no remorse for his actions, instead stating that “it is fun to do bad things.” This was one of the reasons he went viral in the media.

With all that he has lived through, it is reasonable to assume he has become a criminal.
But, thankfully, things have improved for him now that he has completed middle school.
Back in 2015, the media focused on him again, but this time for a good reason: his graduation day.
He graduated from John F. Kennedy Middle School in Riviera Beach, Florida.
In an interview with the media at the time, he revealed his plans to play football at the national level.
He also stated that if professional football does not work out, he will continue his studies, enroll in an engineering college, and possibly join the US Navy.
What Has Happened to Latarian Milton? Supposedly Charged With Carjacking
While it appeared that Latarian Milton had finally matured into a wise man, little appears to have changed.
He was charged with carjacking again after road rage in 2007. The car belonged to the Lyft ride-sharing service in West Palm Beach’s suburbs.
According to the Lyft driver, he picked up a woman and four men, including Milton.
After dropping the woman off at an apartment, the man in the car requested that he take them somewhere else.
However, because the request was not made through the app, the driver refused it.
One of the four men, Joseph, threatened the driver with a gun and forced him out of the car.
They stole his jacket, wallet, and iPhone before Latarian took the wheel and drove away.
According to Palm Beach County arrest records, Latarian is most likely serving a jail sentence as of 2021 because he has been charged as an adult in Palm Beach County since November on carjacking charges.
