Accidents
On April 27, 2019, Jess was charged with unintentional manslaughter after a motorcycle crashed into her parked tow truck, killing one of the customers and hurting the other.
Patricia Willard, who was 70, died at the scene, and Jerry Willard, who was also 70, was badly hurt.
