Petrou has now revealed why Swatosh left the Hype House after joining in February 2022.

Petrou uploaded a video with Swatosh to his TikTok account on Wednesday, July 20.

“You’re probably wondering where Tabitha is,” Petrou says at the start of the video. She’s right around the corner.”

Swatosh is seen laughing and sitting in a chair in the video.

“There is something that I feel would be appropriate,” she said, before pouring water from a water bottle to make fake tears.

“Cue the somber music. “I’m sure you’re wondering what…,” she says as the video abruptly cuts back to Petrou, who is also crying.

In the background, Swatosh could be heard giggling. “In case anyone was wondering, Tabitha is leaving,” Petrou said, wiping his fake tears with his hands.

They both started laughing shortly after that. But then the serious stuff started.

“I have talked about this so many times on the [YouTube or TikTok] channel in all seriousness,” Petrou said of Tabitha Swatosh’s departure from Hype House. “Hype house began two years ago.”

“We now have 32 members. They are no longer a member of Hype House, and people always seem to say things like, ‘You have to be a part of the brand [Hype House] forever. And it’s simply not feasible.”

“and potentially setting me up with the opportunity to fall in love with a man in the future,” Swatosh continued.

“Everyone who has been a part of this has had a major impact on the brand overall, and we are always grateful to them,” Petrou said again.

Some have been with us for a few months, while others have been with us for several years.”
