Kelli filed a civil lawsuit against the Sacramento Kings coach, who appeared alongside her during his brief stint as a broadcaster.
Tennant stated that Luke called her in a hotel room in 2014 and pinned her on the bed before kissing her and groping her private parts.
However, Luke denied all of her allegations, claiming that they had met at the hotel; however, their meeting was brief, sweet, and consensual.
Meanwhile, Luke’s attorney referred to Kelli as “an opportunist, not a victim.”
Investigators later concluded in August 2019 that there was insufficient evidence to support her allegations.
Tennant eventually requested that the lawsuit be dropped in December.
According to the records, her lawsuit was dismissed “with prejudice,” which means she cannot re-file it.
