The Hawks shock the Bucks in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference finals

On Wednesday night, the Atlanta Hawks took on the Milwaukee Bucks in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference playoffs. The Hawks defeated the Bucks in Game 1 of their Eastern Conference playoff series.

THE HAWKS SURPRISED THE BUCKS, WINNING 116-113 AND Taking a 1-0 series lead.

Trae Young delivered a historic performance for the win, with help from John Collins and Clint Capela’s game-winning shot.

Giannis Antetokounmpo and Jrue Holiday, on the other hand, kept the Hawks on their toes throughout the game.

Game 1 featured a high level of talent and effort from both teams, making the series incredibly exciting and interesting.

The Bucks started well, grabbing the lead in the first half, but the Hawks came back and won the game in the third quarter.

Brook Lopez made the first basket of the game from behind the arc for the Bucks.

Trae Young promptly responded with a floater, and Capela dunked on Young’s feed to give the Hawks the lead.

But the Bucks quickly regained the lead. They then displayed excellent cooperation, passing the ball around before Lopez dunked on Giannis’ pass.

Young comes up with a putback after his own miss, reducing the lead to one point once more.

Capela’s dunk off Young’s assist brought the Hawks within two points.

Middleton then made a fadeaway jumper on the opposite side.

Huerter hit a three-pointer, giving the Hawks a one-point edge. PJ Tucker followed with a layup.

Holiday hit a three-pointer to give the Bucks a five-point advantage.

Young soon responded with a deep two-pointer, and Holiday hit a three-pointer on the opposite end.

Danilo Gallinari hit a three-pointer, and Holiday responded with a floater.

The Bucks led by five points at the end of the quarter, 59-54.

In the third quarter, the Hawks mount a comeback

Over a minute into the third quarter, they led 58-65.

Following that, Clint Capela drove to the basket, but Lopez blocked him, followed by Giannis.

Capela eventually broke past the Bucks’ defense and scored a layup on the next play.

With 9:18 left in the first, Young’s alley-oop to Collins for a slam knotted the game at 65-65.

Holiday then found Giannis on the other side for a slam, giving the Bucks the lead.

However, Huerter hit a jumper to tie the game once more.

Collins made a layup after Young missed, giving the Hawks a five-point advantage.

Holiday responded with a one-handed dunk, and Collins responded with a dunk off Young’s feed.

With 2:48 left in the quarter, Young hit a hook shot to put the Hawks up 83-75.

Holiday made a three-pointer, and Young responded with a three-pointer of his own.

Following that, Holiday hit another three-pointer, and Gallinari hit a long two-pointer on the other end.

The Hawks won the quarter 88-85, completing a comeback and taking the lead.

They were 98-96 with less than six minutes remaining in the quarter when Giannis dunk on Middleton to tie the game once more.

After Holiday hit a three-pointer, Giannis drew a foul and scored, giving the Bucks a 7-point advantage.

Collins deflected Huerter’s miss, and Young drew a foul with a hook shot.

Pat Connaughton then blocked Young at the rim.

Giannis scored on Holiday’s pass. Collins then hit a three-pointer to trim the deficit to one point.

The Bucks gained a point lead after Capela grabbed an offensive rebound and made a layup.

The Hawks took the lead in Game 1 after the quarter concluded 116-113.
