Steve Gregg

Who is Steve Gregg?

Steve Gregg is a well-known author, radio host, pastor, and Bible teacher. Steve Gregg is currently the lead pastor of Creekside Community Church (EFCA) in Gainesville, Florida. Gregg is also the host of The Narrow Path radio show and a Bible teacher who serves the body of Christ.

Early Life and Childhood

Steve Gregg was born in the United States in 1953 in Southern California. He has the age of 68.

Gregg was raised by Christian parents who were successful in instilling their faith in their three children. He has a younger brother and an older sister.

His sister and brother are both currently ministering the word of God. Gregg’s family relocated from Covina, California, to Orange County when he was sixteen (1970).

Gregg had lived in Covina for as long as he could remember, and he was reluctant to leave his friends and familiar surroundings.

Gregg’s sister had started playing in an all-girl secular rock band (we had never heard of Christian rock at the time), as well as hanging out with long-haired musicians at the height of the hippie movement.

Education Details

Steve Gregg had already decided that he wanted to preach the gospel as a freshman in high school. Nothing seemed more important to him than directing lost souls to heaven.

Gregg went “witnessing” door-to-door and evangelized friends at his high school on occasion. His friends chose him to lead the youth group at the Baptist church that they all attended.

Gregg enrolled in speech classes so that he could preach sermons to the other students in the class.

He had given a speech against evolution in junior high and used every opportunity he could to improve his knowledge and give that talk whenever an opportunity presented itself.

Professional Career

Gregg’s radio and internet ministry, The Narrow Path, serves as a servant Bible teacher to the body of Christ. He hopes that Christians will benefit greatly from the free resources provided by The Narrow Path.

He began his ministry with the theology of his Baptist upbringing, with the addition of charismatic convictions gained through his early association with the Jesus Movement and Calvary Chapel, Costa Mesa.

He hosts the talk show “The Narrow Path,” which airs on stations across the United States and is streamed live on the internet via the website and mobile app: thenarrowpath.com.

The Narrow Path radio program is a Christian open discussion radio show that airs life every weekday at 2:00 PM Pacific Time. Gregg is a Bible teacher and lecturer who loves good debate.

He leaves the program open to those who want to disagree with him and enjoys a good debate about anything related to Christianity, the Bible, or Christian living.

For those who are unable to listen live, his podcast is a delayed version of the live talk show.

He correctly stated that God ceased His work on the seventh day and blessed and sanctified it, but Gregg explained that in the Genesis account, God never established the seventh day as Sabbath nor did He give anyone any commands for keeping that day.

He is a Bible teacher who serves the body of Christ. He has been teaching the Bible for 49 years since he was 16 years old. Gregg is fascinated by what the Bible says and does not say.
