Savannah Rae Demers is getting backlash from her followers as a result of a now-deleted video she posted during the Amazon Prime event in July of this year. In the now-deleted video, she was seen with her partner, throwing a pink blanket around their heads and holding up her phone to reveal the scene.
A woman in a hijab was in the background, and as Demers raised her phone to display the surroundings, she and her buddy laughed, which was inappropriate because some of her admirers said she made fun of the woman in a headscarf.

Demers is facing heat from her fans for a video she posted during the Amazon Prime event on July 12 and 13.
Rae, on the other hand, issued a statement on TikTok yesterday, October 8,
in which she disclosed that she was unaware of what had occurred until someone messaged her on her Instagram.
She began by saying, “So last night I posted this video across many of my social sites,”
and then showed the video, which has since been deleted.
She reasoned that she didn’t see anything until she received
a direct message from one of her friends, “don’t you think this respectful?”
Demers added that she was perplexed
and didn’t understand what her friend was saying until she watched the video again
and discovered who was seated beside her.
She also presented the dialogue between her and her friend to prove her innocence.
“Don’t you think this is a little disrespectful?” her pal asked.
“Omg, I didn’t think anything of it!!” she answered.
We were just getting intimate and it meant nothing to us.
I sincerely apologize if it came across as insulting in any way.”
The TikTok user also stated that she observed the girl behind her after analyzing
the video and had no knowledge about it and that she was attempting to demonstrate the setup.
On TikTok, Kai called Savannah Rae Demers out.
Kai, who used to be friends with Demers, called her out on TikTok
and told her she needed to do better, especially given the current status of the globe.
“Sav and I were friends, and this is me holding my morals accountable
and hopefully setting an example that I will not stay with or beside
someone who chooses to blatantly disrespect someone or their
religion on a social media account while at a public brand event,” she explained.

Kai also alleged that Demers was at the event
To represent the best of the creators, but instead chose to publically mock someone.
The TikTok creator Kai stated that she was not looking for trouble,
but it was apparent that the fellow creator was mocking someone
she did not know and who was minding her own business.
Kai also stated that Demers knew it was inappropriate since she
removed her Instagram story, but the footage remained on her Snapchat after 16 hours.
