Additionally, his 22-number Dallas Mavericks jersey was eventually declared to be retired on March 11, 2000.

What is going on between Rolando and Nathaniel Jones?

In 2013, Nathaniel Jones filed a lawsuit in Dallas County Court against Rolando Blackman and engineer David K. Mureeba.

Jones claims that Rolando, a former Dallas Mavericks star, cost him $150,000 in an African gold deal.

He added that Rolando had urged him to contribute to Africa Power & Energy Uganda Ltd., the president, and CEO of which is Mureeba.

Jones claimed that they had assured him of the 4% return on the sale’s net proceeds during the arrangement.

They later claimed that the business was challenging, in his opinion.

Mureeba had forgotten about it. So, when he asked them for the official accounting and the money’s return, they never got back to him.

Jones sued them for fraud, breach of contract, and unjust enrichment in addition to punitive damages.

Mureeba called Jones’ lawsuit “a vicious, baseless, and criminal conduct by Jones,” in his response to it.
