Football Career and Achievements
On January 12, 2006, Reggie Bush was elected to his senior year at USC and declared himself available for the NFL Draft.
In the 2006 NFL Draft, the New Orleans Saints selected the Californian with the second overall pick.
He was the NFL’s second-highest-paid player in endorsement deals, earning about $5 million per year.
Reggie recorded 141 total yards in his first NFL game against the Cleveland Browns.
The NFL fined Bush $5,000 for taunting after the game, for which he later apologized.
