Imane “Pokimane” Anys is taking a break from the internet indefinitely. The streamer announced her retirement from the internet on Twitter and stated why on July 19, 2022.

Pokimane is taking a mental break from the internet.
“I’ve been feeling like I needed a mental reset and some time to focus on myself and my life away from the internet.”
Proper breaks, in my opinion, are crucial to one’s health and job longevity,” she wrote on Twitter.
She said that she was grateful for her fans’ support over the years and thanked them for putting her in a position to take time off like this.
But this is not the end of her internet trip; she stated that she plans to return refreshed and ready to create more material.
She did not clarify what she will cease doing as part of this hiatus, although fans may no longer be able to view her frequent Twitch streams.
Pokimane is Twitch’s most popular female streamer and most-watched content provider.
She has not yet stated a timetable for her return.

With such a vast fan base, it’s unsurprising that the news of their favorite streamer’s break has hurt them.

These people stated Pokimane was taking a break since her streams were struggling, giving the impression that her life was miserable.

I still can’t believe I won anything.

She claimed the streamer had been streaming since Twitch’s inception and had been her idol since she began yelling.
