Sadly, the chopper crash-landed into the foothills near Calabasas, where roughly thirteen people, including Kobe and his daughter, died. According to the LA Police, the weather was hazy, therefore visibility was quite low.

Nine persons died directly at the accident location, while four died later while undergoing treatment in a hospital in LA Angeles.

Upon knowing the news, Pam went numb, and she could not get outside her apartment for many days.

Their neighbors alerted the media that the revelation had devasted his parents, and they could not face the public.
