Gymnastics Career of Oleg Vernyayev
At the 2011 Summer Universiade, Oleg competed in the men’s vault final. He finished seventh with a score of 15.262.
The young gymnasts were also members of the Ukrainian team, who finished fifth in the men’s team final.
Oleg also competed in the team all-around event at the 2011 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships, alongside,
Nikolai Kuksenkov, Oleg Stepko, Vitaliy Nakonechnyi, Roman Zozula, and Igor. The squad came in fifth place.
Oleg also had 14.461 points on the floor, 13.866 points on the pommel horse, 14.833 points on the vault, and 13.800 points on the parallel bars.
