Neil Balnaves formerly worked in media for over 45 years, most recently as Executive Chairman of the Southern Group, better known as Endemol Australia.
He established his company in 1988. Aside from that, he was the chairman of Ardent Leisure Group.

Neil was also the Chancellor of Charles Darwin University and a member of the Bond University Trustee Board.
