Prior to beginning a romantic engagement with Najwa Nimri’s present lover, the Spanish actress was married to Daniel Calparsoro, a Spanish writer, director, and producer.
In 1995, the now-divorced couple exchanged wedding vows.
While they were still married, they collaborated on many films, including Salto al Vaco (1995), Pasajes (1996), Blinded (1997), and Asfalto (2000), in which Nimri acted and Calparsoro wrote and directed.
The pair filed for divorce in 2000, ending their five-year marriage.
Najwa Nimri Is a Mother of One Baby
The Tree of Blood actress has a son named Teo Nabil, whom she gave birth to on June 30, 2004.
Nimri has a fantastic bond with her son and can be seen posting images of him on her Instagram account.
On the occasion of her son’s 17th birthday on June 20, 2021, she shared a baby picture of him.
“… Was born in 2 and a half hours at 12:30 17 years ago @teo.mazore. my love,” she said in the post.

In 2019, the Pamplona, Navarra native joined the Netflix blockbuster heist program as an inspector named Alicia Sierra in its third season.
As the show progressed, it was shown that the character of Alicia Sierra has a violent approach to getting things done and torturing offenders.

In part one of Season 5, released on September 3, 2021, she is holding The Professor, the heist’s leader, as a prisoner in order to hand him over to the government and clear her record.
But she soon realizes that nothing will help her clear her record and reclaim her career on the police force.
Later, while talking with The Professor, her water broke, and she had to deliver the baby in an abandoned hideout, with The Professor’s assistance.
Najwa Nimri will resume her role as Alicia Sierra in Season 5 Part 2, which will release on Netflix on December 3, 2021.
