MrBeast revealed how he met his current girlfriend in a YouTube video titled ‘How MrBeast met his NEW girlfriend’ by Flagrant Clips, which was posted on September 29, 2022.
He claimed to have met Booysen in South Africa, where she was born.
He explained that he was on his way to Antarctica with Logan Paul and Casey Neistat when he learned that everyone in the Antarctica base tested positive for Covid, forcing the crew to return to South Africa.
Over dinner, he met his current girlfriend, Booysen.
MrBeast was introduced to Booysen by a mutual friend.
While looking for a girlfriend, he immediately began checking his boxes for a match.
MrBeast, aka Jimmy Donaldson, explained how she checked all ten of his “boxes” in the video.
He also mentioned that he met over 40 women while looking for a girlfriend.
The YouTuber also stated that he is a nerd and desired a partner who shared his interests.
“True definition of nerd life, all I need is a partner who enjoys learning and wants to improve.”
“For example, an idea for a date would be to take an IQ test and then study to see if we can raise it,” he explained, explaining his nerdiness.
After a few days, MrBeast messaged her, and the two began discussing their likes and dislikes.
Booysen also explained how they first met in another video with a similar title.
She mentioned that MrBeast flew to South Africa on a 30-hour flight for the second time to meet her.
“It’s literally like something out of a movie,” she said.
The pair has flown thousands of miles to meet each other since their first meeting.
Booysen also paid a visit to MrBeast in North Carolina and accompanied him on the orange carpet of the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards.
