Early Life and Childhood

Martin Lewis was born in Manchester, England, on May 9, 1972. Martin is 49 years old and has his birthday every year on May 9.

He is a well-known money-saving expert who has appeared on numerous television networks. Martin’s fists appeared as the “Money Saving Expert” persona on the Simply Money channel, which was hosted by Angela Rippon.

He later left the channel after it went bankrupt and joined Channel 5, where he appeared on Open House with Gloria Hunniford. He also appeared on Tonight, which aired on ITV.

He has appeared as a money-saving expert on several magazine shows, including Lorraine and Good Morning Britain, in addition to television.

He also hosts the Ask Martin Podcast, which is produced by BBC Radio 5 live. He covers a wide range of finance topics here.

He has recently been answering questions from his listeners about the financial impact of the coronavirus. His weekly business podcast has 20 episodes and a rating of 3.9 out of 5 stars.

Martin is the author of several books on financial management, saving, and investing.

He writes a fortnightly column for The Sunday Post and a regionally syndicated column for the Manchester Evening News, the Express & Star, and The Yorkshire Post, among other publications.
