“He [Howes] messaged her [Higareda] on Instagram, inviting her to go salsa dancing.
They happened to be one hour apart,” a close friend of Higareda exclusively tells GLAMOUR BUFF.
“They went out to dinner and then stayed up all night talking for hours.”
Howes, who was already single at the time, met Higareda on one of his trips to Mexico, where they reportedly became very close.

In one of the interviews, Higareda, a close friend, stated, “I’m still getting to know him, he still has to win over my heart, I want to take it slow.”
“The couple decided to be more traditional and wait before getting intimate to see if their values aligned,” a source said.
“Most people are smitten by the chemistry… This is known as trauma bonding, not true love, and after the rush of s*x wears off, you realize you don’t align.”
