Lewis Howes Shows Gratitude Towards Girlfriend Martha Higareda
On Tuesday, June 7, 2022, Lewis Howes took to Instagram to share many photos shot with Higareda during their vacation in Tulum, Mexico, to commemorate their first meetaversary.
Along with those gorgeous photos, Howes posted a lengthy and touching caption in which he expressed gratitude and love for his girlfriend.
He began his caption by noting how odd it is that he met Higareda a year ago with no strategy or intention.
“And how much fuller my life has grown since she’s been in it,” he continued.
“I remember having a dream years ago of meeting someone who is as interested in growth and learning as I am (believe it or not, she is more interested than I am!)”
“I recall thinking that I’d love to meet someone who wants to go to therapy early in the dating process, not because we had problems, but to get clear on shared values and vision,” Howes continued.
He went on to say that he used to fantasize about what it would be like to be truly accepted for “who I am… with my strangeness, defects, and wild goals and drive.”
“I remember fantasizing about returning home to a haven of peace, joy, and adventure.”
Furthermore, he noted that he remembers picturing himself waking up each morning next to someone who actually enjoys life and finds purpose even in the worst of times.

“Every day, I’m inspired by Martha’s personal life with friends and family, as well as her love for her career and the impact she has on the globe.”
Finally, Howes stated that his favorite part of the day is when he opens his eyes in the morning because Higareda always wakes up with a grin, and her smile never gets old.
Higareda rushed to the comments section shortly after Howes’ post and expressed her gratitude for her and Howes’ love and how he shows up to their relationship.

Higareda also shared a few photos and videos from their holiday, along with a lengthy caption.
“A year ago we said hello for the first time, but it feels like we’ve known each other forever,” she began her caption.
“Like two wonderful old souls reunited to share what had happened in the time they hadn’t seen each other, our talk and enjoyment flowed so freely, we linked spiritually.”
“After that day, we began constructing our foundation brick by brick, initially with friendship, taking our time to get to know one other from our genuine selves,” she continued.
Yes, we felt chemistry and a deep connection, but that wasn’t all.”
Higareda went on to say that she and Howes took their time to see if their values and visions aligned, and they were overjoyed to discover that they did.
“I adore you!” And it’s been joyous, frank, daring, solid, sexual, and so tranquil… it just seems perfect.”
Similarly, she highlighted how much Howes works on himself and wants to help others, and that he is a man in every sense of the word.
