Her mother used to work as a research assistant in the World Bank’s legal department.

Marilou learned to cook exceptional Japanese food after marrying into a Japanese family. She later began to assist her husband in the kitchen as well.

Hakuta quickly rose through the ranks to become the executive in charge of overseeing the collaboration with Canada Dry, a beverage distributor.

Justin joined All Day Buffet as a co-founder in late 2004.

He then worked as a Research Analyst for the Center for Court Innovation in New York for the next few years.

Hakuta was later appointed as Aviara’s product leader.
