Who is Jordan Poole?

Jordan Poole is a professional basketball player. Jordan Poole plays for the Golden State Warriors in the National Basketball Association (NBA). He has offensive balance and off-ball grandeur.

Family and Early Years

Jordan Poole was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on June 19, 1999.  He also belongs to the American nationality and practices Christianity sincerely.

Poole is one of Anthony Poole and Monet Poole’s three children. He is blessed with two siblings: a sister named Alex Poole and an elder brother who is a student at Marquette.

Furthermore, Poole’s father used to arrange pick-up basketball games at the nearby Lutheran Church; he would bring Poole to those events and put him up against older men.

However, this presented Poole with more than just a worthwhile challenge.

Additionally, Poole is being taught to shoot on a conventional 10-foot basket with an NBA-sized ball, which seems odd to everyone watching the 9-year-old youngster outside.

Anthony sought to educate his son on difficult courses so that he would be tough both intellectually and physically.

Because of this, Poole’s early commitment to hard effort paid off nicely.

Then, he went to Illinois, Indiana, Drake, Marquette, and Wisconsin as a basketball recruit from a certain high school.

As a junior, Poole was chosen for the 2016 WBCA All-State Boys Basketball first team.

Later, on July 1, 2016, Poole announced that he would leave Rufus King School and enroll at La Lumiere School in Indiana for his final year.

He participated in nationally broadcast games on ESPN there. A top-100 high school prospect named Jordan helped La Lumiere defeat Montverde Academy and professional R.J.

From 2017 to 2019, College Career Poole studied at Michigan University.

He then participated in collegiate basketball with the Michigan Wolverines of the Big Ten, and in his first NCAA Tournament, he made an impactful buzzer-beater over Houston in the second round.

Consequently, that attempt became a legendary three-pointer in the annals of collegiate basketball.

Additionally, he made the game-winning free shot against Loyola Chicago in the final four to win the national championship.

In a same vein, the Wolverines reached the national final during their rookie campaign but were unable to advance to the Villanova NCAA Championships that year.

In his sophomore season, he consequently assisted the Wolverines in returning to the Sweet 16 for the second consecutive year.

But Texas Tech, the eventual runners-up, eliminated the squad in the semifinals.

Then, Poole proclaimed that he would use his skills and abilities in the NBA, a more well-known venue, and that he would continue to pursue a career in sports.

Warriors of Golden State

Jordan was chosen by the Golden State Warriors with the 28th overall choice in the 2019 NBA Draft.

The 22-year-old was given the opportunity to play with Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, and D’Angelo Russell; the trio appeared to be destined for title success.

Additionally, he averaged 8.8 points per game in about 57 games for the Warriors during his debut season.

Eventually, in December, Jordan was given a contract with the NBA G-Santa League’s Cruz Warriors, but he was later brought back into the Golden State Warriors roster.

Additionally, Poole won the starting shooting guard position for the 2021–22 Warriors over Otto Porter Jr. and Lee. In a 119-104 win over the Toronto Raptors, he scored 33 points on a career-high eight three-pointers.

Relationship Status

Jordan Poole is quite private about his personal life. Once more, some reliable sources asserted that he hasn’t started dating any of the women yet.

But that doesn’t mean he isn’t looking for a stunning woman.

He is pursuing Zendaya Coleman, a singer, as well as a stunning actress. Additionally, Poole has admitted to himself that he has a crush on the artist of Euphoria.

To elaborate, it all happened during his first season when he took a chance and asked Zendaya out on a double date with Klay Thompson and his girlfriend, Laura Harrier.

Klay shared a sweet photo of him and Laura on Instagram, and Poole seized the opportunity to take a photograph after Zendaya commented on the photo.

Sadly, despite a good effort, nothing came of it.

Since that time, no women have been associated with Poole’s name.

When watching him play, it was clear that he was completely dedicated to his games and appeared to be extremely concentrated on them.

Height, Age, and Appearances

Jordan Poole is 23 years old. His body weight is approximately 194 lb, and he has an average height of 6 feet 4 inches (1.93 m).

He recently shaved off his cool dreadlocks, and he is known for having various other hairstyles, including an undercut, a deadlock, and a quiff.

Observing him in action, he appears to have the durability and athletic build of a true Warriors dominance warrior.

Aside from his achievements on the court, Poole also revolutionized basketball fashion when he swiveled his shorts up and brought back the fabled short shorts of the 1980s.

Poole is in the lead despite the fact that other NBA players wear short shorts.
