Conrad went on to play for the San Jose Earthquakes from 1999 to 2002. During his time with the club, he was loaned to the San Francisco Seals and MLS Pro-40 in 1999, as well as Lech Pozna in 2000.
He also played for the Kansas City Wizards from 2003 to 2010, after being traded for a second-round draft pick.
