The Washington Wizards selected Jerian with the 19th overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft.

Grant was moved by the Knicks to the Atlanta Hawks before being transferred back to the Knicks in exchange for Tim Hardaway, Jr.

Following that, he was signed by the Knicks for the 2015 NBA Summer League, where he averaged 11.8 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 4.8 assists in five games.

He signed his rookie scale contract with the Knicks on or around July 30, 2015.

On December 2, he matched his season high with 12 points in a win over his brother Jerami and the Philadelphia 76ers.

On a fine day on January 12, 2016, he recorded a season-high 16 points and eight assists in a 120-114 win over the Boston Celtics.

The Chicago Bulls (2018-2019)

Grant was moved to the Chicago Bulls in 2016 along with some other players, José Calderón and Robin Lopez, in exchange for Derrick Rose, a future teammate Justin Holiday, and a 2017 second-round lottery pick.

He also played in the Bulls’ Las Vegas Summer League final game, when he was named MVP with 24 points, 10 rebounds, and five assists.

In 2016, he made his first start of the season in November and had 18 points and five steals in a 113-88 win over the Portland Trail Blazers.

He was eventually transferred to Chicago’s D-League affiliate, the Windy City Bulls.

On November 27, he was recalled, reassigned on December 9, and recalled again on December 10. In a 122-75 win over the Orlando Magic in 2017, he recorded 17 points and a career-high 11 assists.

Grant had a career-high 24 points in a 100-93 loss against the Miami Heat in November 2017.

In the following month, December, he started and had 11 points, 12 assists, and seven rebounds in a 119-107 win over the Indiana Pacers.

In a 132-128 double-overtime loss against the New Orleans Pelicans in 2018, he recorded 22 points and 13 assists.

The Orlando Magic (2018-2019)

Jerian was moved to the Orlando Magic in a three-team deal on July 7, 2018.

Jerian was an available free agency in 2019 after failing to receive a qualifying offer from the Magic.

Go-Go Capital City (2019-2020)

Jerian joined the Capital City Go-Go after the Orlando Magic.

Grant dominated the Raptors 905 with 28 points, seven rebounds, seven assists, and one block.

Wizards of Washington (2020- and so on)

Jerian was officially signed by the Washington Wizards on July 1. Jerian left Washington in December 2020 to join Promitheas Patras in the Greek League.
