Unknown women were on the verge of kidnapping Jennifer’s grandchild

On Saturday evening, Joe Montana and his better half, Jennifer, stopped a kidnapper from kidnapping their grandchild.

The incident ended with Jennifer Montana yanking the child from the kidnapper’s grasp.

The 9-month-old child was resting peacefully in the front room when a woman entered Montana’s Malibu home, grabbed the child from a playpen, and cradled the child in her arms, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

The woman, later identified as 39-year-old Sodsai Dalzell, took the youngster upstairs, where Montana confronted her.

“A scuffle ensued, and Jennifer was able to securely remove the infant out of the suspect’s clutches,” the sheriff’s department stated.

Unfortunately, the lady escaped. Joe Montana had the option of waving to sheriff’s representatives watching the area and explaining what had happened.

Police spotted Dalzell in a nearby residence after a chase and apprehended her. Fortunately, no one was hurt.

Dalzell has also been accused of kidnapping and stealing.

She is being held at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood on a $150,000 bond, with a court date set for Tuesday morning.

“Many thanks to everyone who has connected,” Joe Montana stated on Twitter.
