Early Career

Jason attended three separate high schools to start his high school career: Crenshaw, Westchester, and lastly Inglewood, where he developed his basketball skills and made a lot of friends.

He completed his early education and then pursued a degree at Syracuse University in New York while playing basketball for four years.

Jason worked hard to earn a spot on the team as a freshman and was selected to the Big East all-rookie team that year. He was a starter for the team.

In his junior and sophomore years, Hart was a menace to opposing teams because he helped them score and win. Jason was a member of the Big East Third Team during his junior year.

He contributed to his team’s development into one of the nation’s top defensive units during his final year.

Hart got back to being a playmaker, which helped his teammates even though he was still prone to errors.

Due to his commitment and effort, Jason was named to both the Syracuse All-Century Basketball Team and the Big East All-First Team.

When Jason was selected by the Milwaukee Bucks in the 2000–01 season, his NBA career officially got underway. despite only making one appearance and scoring two points.
