College Experience

James was a freshman at the University of Florida in 2001–02, contributing to the Gators’ 22–9 record.

He appeared in every game save two, starting two and averaging 20.5 minutes per game. He scored 6.1 points per game and grabbed 2.9 rebounds per game.

On March 26, against the Golden State Warriors, the American player made his NBA debut with the Spurs. In 14 minutes, he scored 9 points and collected three rebounds.
