Who is Jamaal Franklin?

Jamaal Franklin is a basketball player. Jamaal Franklin is now a member of the Shanghai Sharks of the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA). He distinguished himself when, in 2009, he finished as the 24th-best shooting guard in the class and led California in scoring.

Childhood & Family

She removed her son from Los Angeles because she didn’t want him to become associated with gangs.

When she acquired the money for a small house, she lived in Adelanto, which is in the high desert.

Franklin decided to enroll at Serrano High School, which offered advancement in many areas, including basketball and football. He was also a 7-foot-high jumper in track.

When the player was playing abroad at the time of his induction into the Aztec Hall of Fame, his mother accepted the honor on his behalf.

The mother and son team appears to be a perfect link that has supported one another from the point of difficulty to the point of success.

In particular, his father had never appeared in his life or anywhere else during that time.

He admitted that he was unable to even remember the last time he had seen his father.

Franklin frequently expressed his gratitude to his mother; although he had claimed to have just one parent, she actually took on the role of two parents and helped Franklin find the correct opportunities and environments.

Franklin then signed a two-month contract to play for the Chinese Basketball Association’s Zhejiang Lions in October 2014.

He scored 53 points on the 19-of-29 shooting after agreeing to a one-month contract extension, leading Zhejiang to victory.

The same goes for Zhejiang, where he played in 26 games until departing in January 2015.

Franklin was acquired by the Los Angeles D-Fenders of the NBA Development League in January.

During his time with the D-Fenders, he recorded a season-high game of 27 points and added 13 rebounds.

He joined the Puerto Rican Baloncesto Superior Nacional’s Brujos de Guayama later in April 2016 and left the team soon after playing in four games.

For the 2016–17 season, Franklin re-signed with the Chinese Basketball Association’s Shaxi Brave Dragons.

He also made history by pulling off the first-ever 60-point triple-double in CBA history.

He eventually signed with the Sichuan Blue Whales of China before joining the Shaxi Loongs.

Franklin joined the Shanghai Sharks of the Chinese Basketball Association in October 2021 and is now a member of the squad.

Missing tooth

Franklin was regarded as the team’s top dunker while he was at San Diego State.

He lost a tooth because of his long history of being able to fly.

When Labradford Franklin threw his alley-oop, he got up to slam it, but as he was coming down, his tooth was knocked out when it got stuck in the net and the hoop.

Then, as the floor became somewhat covered in blood, the reaction from spectators was horrified.

Franklin spent four hours at the dentist getting his front tooth fixed after losing it during a failed dunk attempt.

The peculiar aspect of that situation was that Franklin had made contact with the rim of the basket for the second time in one week.

Kemba Walker and Jamaal Franklin

Prior to the 2011–12 college basketball season, San Diego State’s Franklin was likely only known to casual basketball fans for running into Connecticut’s Kemba Walker following a timeout.

After Kemba Walker dove, Franklin was probably given an unjust technical foul, which changed the course of the game.
