Who is Jalen Reagor?

Jalen Reagor is a football player from the United States. Jalen Reagor is presently a member of the National Football League’s Philadelphia Eagles (NFL). The National Football League (NFL) is the most prestigious professional football league in the United States.

People would think that Jalen was born for greatness because he is the son of a former player.

His family, however, never allowed him to escape the blue-collar labor ethic.

Either he did something with what he had or he adjusted without it.

He was always aware that his sons will one day aspire to greatness in sports.

Jalen demonstrated what it takes to be an athlete at a young age.

His speed, physicality, off-field discipline, and eating habits belied his non-athletic status.

Montae recalls watching his little son labor and attempting to make things work through focus, mindset, and coordination.

Jalen pretended to be a high school graduate despite the fact that he had only recently started middle school.

He used to get up early and exercise, and he was even concerned about his food at such a young age.

His power and speed developed with age, indicating that he would be an athlete regardless of whether he chose to continue in his father’s path.

College Experience

Reagor transferred to Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas, in the summer of 2017 and made his college debut in the Horned Frogs’ season opener against Jackson State, which TCU won 63-0.

He scored his first touchdown in college two weeks later, catching a Hail Mary ball from quarterback Kenny Hill on the final play of SMU’s first-half victory.

He scored touchdowns in each of the final four games of the session, including TCU’s first-ever berth in the Big 12 Championship Game-winning win over Stanford in the 2017 Alamo Bowl.

He was named Co-Big 12 Offensive Freshman of the Year for his efforts.

Before his freshman season, Reagor switched to jersey number one from the 18 he wore in 2017.

He had a 7-game stretch with a receiving touchdown, including a win over Oklahoma State in which he also had his first career 100-yard rushing game.

He recorded 43 receptions for 611 yards in 2019.

After this season, Reagor declared for the 2020 NFL Draft, foregoing his last year of eligibility.

He suffered a shoulder injury during training camp but recovered in time to play in Week 1.

Later, on September 13, 2020, he made his NFL debut alongside the Washington Football Team, finishing with one opening for 55 yards in a 17-27 loss.

On September 30, 2020, he was transferred to a wounded sanctuary after sustaining a ligament tear in his thumb.

During the 23-9 triumph over the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday Night Football in Week 8, Reagor recorded his first career touchdown reception.

During a 30-16 loss to the Green Bay Packers in Week 13, Reagor returned a punt 73 yards for a touchdown.

He experienced problems in the 2020 season, including a shoulder sprain in Training Camp and thumb soreness early in the regular season, which hampered his development.

However, in seven games, Reagor has caught 20 passes for 256 yards and a touchdown.

His touchdown return was only the third of his NFL career.

He has missed reps due to injury, and he has definitely missed game action and the opportunity to work his way further into the scheme.

Having an out-of-this-world rookie season with no OTAs and no true social interaction with his teammates has thrown another kink in his best-laid plans.

Reagor, on the other hand, is unwavering in his optimism.

“It’s a hindrance since you’re also losing repping.”

“I dropped five games, which is a lot of repetitions considering how much I play now,” he explained.

“I’m wondering if I went to those five games – all those reps, all those live reps, and looks – if I went to those five games… It does set you back, but I can’t apologize for that.

“I need to resume where I left off.”

The center of Reagor is “on what I’m here to do.”

“I’m simply here with all my strength to make the quarterback right,” he said, answering question after question regarding the possibility of a quarterback switch from Carson Wentz to Hurts.

As the Eagles put their 2020 rookie class through more training.

Hurts are on the rise, Reagor is stirring, and fourth-round pick Jack Driscoll is about to make his third start at right gear.
