Greg Anthony’s Professional Basketball Career
In the first round of the 1991 NBA draft, Anthony was selected by the New York Knicks as the 12th overall choice.
Greg was a terrible shooter with average accuracy, but where he shone was on defense, where he was a great guard.
He was a point guard for the Knicks the next year, making his debut in 1982.
From 1992 until 1995, Anthony was a defensive specialist for the New York Knicks.
He subsequently spent two seasons with the Vancouver Grizzlies before joining the SuperSonics.
