“Answer the phone/ Harry, you’re no good alone/ Why are you sitting on the floor at home?/ What kind of medications are you on,” he sung.
However, this is not the first time Styles has discussed doing narcotics. He previously discussed his use of psychoactive medicines and his experiences with them.

Styles used to be a member of One Direction, the world’s most recognized boy band.
It began with five members before Zayn Malik departed the group.
When he was in the band, Styles fantasized about smoking and using drugs.
But he admitted that he didn’t want to be the one to ruin the band.
On November 22, 2019, he spoke about it on New Music Daily with Zane Lowe (via US Magazine).
“When I was in the band, it felt like it was so much greater than any of us that I kind of felt like, ‘I’m not going to be the one who [crap] it up,” he added.
However, after leaving the band and launching his solo career,
Styles believed it was the ideal opportunity to experiment with narcotics.
“So I was like, ‘Now is probably the moment in my life when you go out and
experiment and do this and take this and do that and that’s what you do with your buddies,'” he explained.
Overall, Styles stated that he first felt comfortable experimenting
with drugs after the boy band’s dissolution.
The singer of ‘Watermelon Sugar’ decided it was time to stretch out and attempt other things.
He reasoned that he should attempt new hobbies with his friends and widen his entertainment and dating horizons.
In August 2019, the musical genius stated that while high on magic mushrooms,
he accidentally bit off the end of his tongue.
He acknowledged to using narcotics when recording his new album, ‘Fine Line,’ but things were different when he was in the band.
The albums had gotten considerably more vocally taxing for Styles,
making the songs more difficult to sing.
He knew he wouldn’t be able to perform the next night if he didn’t get off stage and go straight to bed.
Styles desired to awaken with a clear mind, and when the time was right,
he would delight and socialize with his friends.
Styles did, however, tell Rolling Stone that when making his
Grammy-winning album, which features the singles “Lights Up” and “Adore You,”
he wanted to “do mushrooms,” listen to Paul McCartney’s album Ram, and sleep in the sun.
