He used to work for a magazine called “The Record Changer” in addition to this job.

began his apprenticeship at UPA in 1955 and rose through the ranks to become the creative director of “Terrytoons” in 1976.

He co-created “The Real-Great Adventures of Terr’ble Thompson!” with UPA.

He planned to make “Munro,” a short animated film, for which he had to relocate to Prague.

It was planned that he would only stay for 10 days, but circumstances changed and he decided to stay permanently.

In 1961, he published “Breakfast at Tiffany’s,” which became the best-animated film of the year and even won an Oscar for it.

From 1960-1963 he produced the famous “Tom & Jerry” and also directed “Popeye”.

He stated in one of his interviews that some of the viewers wrote him emails describing “Tom & Jerry” as their favorite show.

He commanded the cartoon industry, and characters such as Tom and Jerry became historical icons.

These cartoons have been around for more than 50 years and are still popular with the public.
