Professional Career

Thomas has been running and competing. She was coached by Michelle Lawson and was the MVP for all four years of high school.

She proceeded to Eugene, Oregon for testing, where it was determined that her tumor is benign.

She stated, “I never imagined that I would be an athlete trapped between Flo-Jo and Marion Jones.” I simply did not believe it was physically possible.

Gabby not only won the trials on 26 June 2021 but also set a new record in the 200-meter dash with a timing of 21.61 seconds, trailing only the famous world record holder Florence Griffith-Joyner.
