Due to his Covid-19 infection, Frank was unable to participate in a match on September 12, 2020, at UFC Fight Night 177.

In that fight, Brok Weaver was supposed to be his opponent, but Jalin Turner took Camacho’s place. On June 12, 2021, at UFC 263, the MMA fighter was slated to square off once more against Matt Frevola.

Frank was forced to leave the game, nevertheless, due to an accident.
