Photographs of Snoop Dogg, Nas, Dr. Dre, Tupac, Jay Z, Notorious B.I.G., Run DMC, The Beastie Boys, and The Wu-Tang Clan will be included in the collections, which will be drawn from the collections of photographers like as Chi Modu, Ricky Powell, T. Eric Monroe, and Jamil GS.
Through the new NFT collector platform Flash Mints, fans and industry influencers will soon be able to acquire a piece of hip-hop, rap, and street history.
Flash Mints, curated and constructed by visual artist Enrico Moses and his team using blockchain technology, would allow collectors to own a piece of history featuring cultural superstars such as Snoop Dogg, Nas, Dr. Dre, Tupac, Notorious B.I.G., the Wu-Tang Clan, and Public Enemy.
Enrico Moses and his crew envisage Flash Mints as the leading platform for photographers to fully commercialize their work, initially offering selections from prominent hip-hop and street photographers such as Chi Modu, Ricky Powell, T. Eric Monroe, and Jamil GS.
“Our goal is to assist them to enter and prosper in the NFT arena by making it simple to interact with collectors from around the world,” Moses tells GLAMOUR BUFF exclusively.
“Flash Mints was created for photographers with the objective of assisting them in monetizing on their own terms while maintaining the value of their art for themselves and collectors.”
Flash Mints is intended to restore power to photographers while also making collecting visual art more accessible to individuals everywhere, independent of physical space or geographical location.
Each of the first five collection drops will include 2021 NFTs in a variety of edition/rarity sizes, with additional collaborations and releases planned in the future.
Moses initiated the project by introducing his late friend Chi Modu to the NFT sector and assisting him in minting his first NFT.
Moses, an entrepreneur, digital startup creator, and graphic designer, previously opened a menswear business at the age of 23, where he met Chi Modu while going to New York.
When he saw the potential in Chi, he plunged into space swiftly, eventually landing on the Flash Mints concept and design.
Allen Hena, the brain behind The Hundred’s first NFT collection, The Adam Bomb Squad, which sold out of 25,000 NFTs in 40 minutes, is joining Moses on this project.
Henna is an accomplished software engineer and architect who focuses on building strategies, leadership, and education in the fast-expanding cryptocurrency and Web3 industries.
She is also a member of the Hashmasks and Vaynermedia’s NFT teams.
The team at NFT Media Box, led by Kelvin Troy, who previously spearheaded the sold-out Monster Rehab and Arabian Camel collections, is also a member of the Flash Mints launch team.
“When you view these photographs, you’re transported back in time,” Moses adds.
“You reflect on where you were, who you were with, and what you were doing.
Photographs help us recall important events in our lives, such as what we like, how we feel, and who we admire.”
“I am overjoyed that our team is empowering artists with a full-service technology solution, while simultaneously providing collectors with a more accessible option to acquire a piece of nostalgic history through Flash Mints’ unique platform.”
