Sabrina met Steve Hopkins, a nice, loving, and caring man, for the first time in her life, but happiness was not written to remain long in her face.

When DeAndre was born in 1992, Sabrina and Steve Hopkins were driving around in his Ford Mustang GTS when the automobile slid over a wet road, killing Mr. Hopkins.

The rain had rendered the route muddy and slippery.

When Steve attempted to turn, his car hydroplaned and rolled three times before colliding with a guardrail on the driver’s side.

Fortunately, Sabrina did not sustain any serious injuries, but Steve Hopkins died eight days later.

DeAndrea, the couple’s first child, was just five months old at the time.

She’d be an exotic dancer in a bar when the darkness took over.

Unfortunately, Sabrina was also the victim of an acid attack, which blinded her.

Her ex-other boyfriend’s girlfriend splashed a mixture of bleach and lye over her face.

The heinous crime occurred on July 20, 2002, when her then-boyfriend removed her automobile without warning.

She instructed him to drive her to a specific spot where she would be visited by her lover and his other girlfriend, Savannah Carlita Grant.

Savannah splattered lye and bleach on her face.

Sabrina’s face immediately began to melt.

Her skin started peeling off her face, chest, and neck. In an instant, her eyes were also blindfolded.

“And while I lie there, the first thing that comes to mind is, ‘Why would someone throw warm water over my face?'” she explained.

“But a couple of seconds later, I recognized it wasn’t warm water because my skin was falling off my face, neck, chest, and back,” she continued.

Sabrina’s then-boyfriend drove her to a gas station after Savannah attacked her, where a gas station clerk contacted 911.
