The couple has been dating for six months, and Danielle Maltby celebrated the milestone on Instagram.
She posted a minute-long video compilation of their time together to date.
“When I was first hit with the full force of you that night on the beach- it was like seeing the sun after months of gray skies,” she wrote in the captions.
Maltby then expressed her surprise at meeting Allio.
Her partner had been described as “sparkly, unexpected, deep, kind, and with an unassuming confidence,” and “all of those things made perfect sense in that first moment.”
She described her first encounter with Allio, admitting that she couldn’t stop staring at him.
“I was afraid of meeting your eyes at the same time because I was afraid you’d see all the guarded parts of me at once.” “I wanted to run away, shrink, and be around you all at the same time,” she wrote.
Six months later, the experience has been greatly heightened.
Maltby gushed about how the couple had let their guard down over the months.
“You are the easiest to love,” she exclaimed. You are steadfast, unwavering, passionate, and secure. “You are my favorite landing spot.”
Allio also took to Instagram to express his feelings about the couple’s six-month relationship.
“I’ve never been one to shy away from risk, preferring to leave my own fresh set of footprints on this road less traveled,” he wrote. I’m an adventurer at heart, but I had no idea how this journey would end or the difficulties I’d face along the way.”
Allio then gushed about how wonderful his girlfriend was. He described her as carrying “a kind of love that most never find.”
“She cares for me in a way that’s difficult to explain,” he said. She’s gentle, empathetic, funny, beautiful, and extremely intelligent.”
Despite their tragic past, the couple is now looking forward to a new and hopefully happy beginning.
After six months together, the couple appears to be taking their relationship to the next level.
In an interview with Bachelor Nation, Maltby revealed that she was moving to Ohio to be with her partner and his son.
During the same interview, Allio discussed how his son James had formed a bond with Maltby.
